Dutch Dropout’s Device Picks Plastics from Rivers

Experts say 8 million metric tons of plastics annually flow into the world’s oceans, a threat to life in and out of the water.  An inventor from the Netherlands has devised a clean-up solution. VOA’s Arash Arabasadi scoured up the details.
